摘  要:化工原理是化工与制药类专业培养体系中一门重要的专业基础课程,但对于非化工专业的生物工程专业学生来说,学习难度较大。为适应新工科背景下的教学改革需要,文章在教学内容改革方面,根据生物工程专业的特点适当修订教学内容,在授课过程中引入化学工程与工业生物工程专业发展所用的新技术、新设备、新方法。在授课方式改革方面,提出重视化工原理开学第一堂课讲授以及营造师生共同学习讨论的课堂氛围。通过化工原理教学改革探索,提升生物工程专业学生运用化工原理知识解决生物炼制领域复杂工程实际问题的能力。Chemical engineering principle is a professional basic course in the training system of chemical engineering and pharmaceutical major. However, it is difficult for students who are not chemical engineering majors to learn, such as bioengineering majors. In the aspect of teaching content reform, we revised the teaching content according to the characteristics of bioengineering majors, and introduced new technologies, new equipment and new methods used in the development of chemical engineering and industrial bioengineering filed in the teaching process, so as to combine the latest scientific research achievements in bioengineering with unit operation. In the aspect of teaching mode reform, it is proposed to attach importance to the teaching of the first class in the chemical engineering principle and to create a classroom atmosphere in which teachers and students study and discuss together. Through the exploration of the teaching reform of chemical engineering principles, the students of bioengineering major are trained to use the knowledge of chemical engineering principles to solve the practical problems of complex engineering in the field of biorefinery.
