血清COX-2、LPA、VEGF水平在偏头痛患者中检测的临床意义探析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清环氧合酶(COX-2)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平在偏头痛患者中的临床意义。方法选择2019年6月—2020年6月本院收治的48例偏头痛患者与62名健康体检者作为研究对象,将偏头痛患者纳入偏头痛组,健康体检者纳入对照组。比较两组血清COX-2、LPA、VEGF水平差异,以受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线描述上述指标单纯或联合应用于偏头痛患者的预测效能。结果偏头痛组患者COX-2、LPA、VEGF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清COX-2检测偏头痛的灵敏度与特异度分别为98.4%、66.7%;血清LPA检测偏头痛的灵敏度与特异度分别为96.77%、83.33%;血清VEGF检测偏头痛的灵敏度与特异度分别为91.94%、85.42%。结论血清COX-2、LPA、VEGF水平对偏头痛的诊断具有重要指导作用,为临床诊治工作提供依据。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in migraine patients.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,48 cases of patients with migraine and 62 healthy people received health examination in our hospital were enrolled in the study,The patients with migraine were included in the migraine group(n=48),and the healthy people were included in the control group(n=62).The serum levels of COX-2,LPA and VEGF were compared between the two groups,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to describe the predictive efficacy of the above indicators exclusive use or combined use in migraine patients.Results The levels of COX-2,LPA and VEGF in migraine group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the sensitivity and specificity of serum COX-2 in migraine detection were 98.4%and 66.7%respectively;the sensitivity and specificity of serum LPA detection in migraine diagnosing were 96.77%and 83.33%respectively;the sensitivity and specificity of serum VEGF in diagnosis of migraine were 91.94%and 85.42%respectively.Conclusions The serum levels of COX-2,LPA and VEGF play an important role in the diagnosis of migraine and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
