摘  要:目的研究多元化教学模式在高级助产技术指导分娩机制课程中的应用。方法选择2017年8月—2020年8月于本院妇产科学习的助产专业人员98名为研究对象,按简单随机化分组方法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各49名。对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组采用多元化教学模式,比较两组人员教学前后对分娩机制理论知识掌握程度、操作能力和临床病例应变思维能力及自我效能感变化,并记录两组人员教学结束后课程测验通过率。结果教学前,两组学员关于分娩机制理论知识、操作和应变能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组学员基础知识、操作和应变能力评分均有提高,研究组学员升高幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组学员助产技术评分和GSES评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);教学后,研究组学员助产技术评分和GSES评分显著高于对照组学员(P<0.05)。研究组学员通过率为95.92%(47/49),对照组学员通过率为83.67%(41/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式应用于高级助产技术指导分娩机制课程的学习,不仅加深学员基础知识掌握,更提高其操作能力和临床应变思维能力,并在提高学员职业自我效能感方面有一定建树,具有较高教学应用价值。Objective To study the application of diversified teaching mode in the course of delivery mechanism guided by advanced midwifery technology.Methods A total of 98 midwifery professionals who studied in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into two groups:control group and research group,with 49 participants in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode,while the research group adopted the diversified teaching mode.The two groups were compared before and after the teaching in terms of their mastery of the theoretical knowledge of childbirth mechanism,operational ability,clinical case thinking ability and self-efficacy changes,and the passing rate of the course test after the teaching was recorded.Results Before teaching,the differences between the two groups of students in knowledge about delivery mechanism theory,operations,and the strain ability presented no statistical significance(P>0.05).After teaching,scores of basic knowledge,operating and strain capacity of the two groups of students were increased,and the increase extent in research group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there were no significant differences in midwifery scores and GSES scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,midwifery scores and GSES scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The passing rate of the students in the research group was 95.92%(47/49),and the passing rate of the students in the control group was 83.67%(41/49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the diversified teaching mode in the course of delivery mechanism guided by advanced midwifery technology not only deepens the students'basic knowledge,but also improves their operational ability and clinical emergency t
