摘　　要：目的了解神经科护士脑卒中肺康复集束化护理知信行现状,分析影响临床开展肺康复集束化护理的因素。方法采用自编一般资料调查表及神经科护士脑卒中肺康复集束化护理知信行调查问卷对广州市5所三级甲等医院的神经科护士120人进行调查,并应用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果神经科护士脑卒中肺康复集束化护理知信行总分为(162.36±22.44)分,其中肺康复知识维度得分(61.03±15.30)分,条目均分(2.35±0.59)分;肺康复行为维度得分(27.13±5.52)分,条目均分(2.71±0.55)分;肺康复态度维度得分(74.20±10.97)分,条目均分(4.64±0.69)分。多因素分析显示,工作满意度是影响神经科护士脑卒中肺康复集束化护理知信行水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论神经科护士实施脑卒中肺康复集束化护理的态度积极,但知识水平和执行状况有待提高,知信行水平受工作满意度影响。Objective To study the present status of knowledge attitude and practice(KAP)of bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke for neurology nurses and analyze the influencing factors of clinical bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke.Method Make a cross-sectional study on 120 neurology nurses from 5 first class grade three hospitals in Guangzhou by self-designed general information questionnaire and questionnaire on KAP of bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke for neurology nurses.Analyze its influencing factors by single-factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Result The total score on KAP of bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke for neurology nurses is(162.36±22.44),in which score on knowledge dimension is(61.03±15.30)and the average score on items is(2.35±0.59),score on behavior dimension is(27.13±5.52)and the average score on items is(2.71±0.55),score on attitude dimension is(74.20±10.97)and the average score on items is(4.64±0.69).Multiple factor analysis shows that nurses’job satisfaction is the influencing factor of KAP of bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke for neurology nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Attitude on bundle nursing on pulmonary rehabilitation of stroke for neurology nurses is active,but their knowledge level and implementation status need to be improved.KAP level is influenced by job satisfaction.
