《伤寒论》对中药处方临床监护的指导意义

摘　　要：对《伤寒论》中具有临床药学监护理念的条文进行提炼,系统总结分析《伤寒论》中对中药处方用药量、用药疗程、排病反应、误治及治疗禁忌的相关内容;发现《伤寒论》中的许多论述与中药处方临床监护相关,在疾病的诊治过程中具有重要的地位。认为中药师可通过汲取《伤寒论》中思想精髓,将中药临床药学和六经辨证有机结合,从而在临床监护上积累更多的实践经验和技能,更好地为患者服务。The provisions with the concept of clinical pharmaceutical monitoring in Shanghan Lun were extracted to systematically summarize and analyze the contents related to the dosage,course of medication,response for expelling pathogens during treatment,mistreatment and contraindication of Chinese medicine prescriptions.It is found that many treatises in Shanghan Lun are related to clinical monitoring of Chinese medicine prescriptions and play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.It is suggested that Chinese pharmacists can accumulate more practical experience and skills in clinical monitoring and serve patients better by absorbing the essence of the thoughts in Shanghan Lun and organically combining the clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine with six-meridian syndrome differentiation.
