活血化瘀汤联合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床研究  

Clinical Study on Yiqi Huayu Tang Combined with Routine Rehabilitation Training Treatment for Stroke-Induced Hemiplegia

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀汤联合常规康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:将72例脑卒中偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各36例。对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予活血化瘀汤治疗。治疗2个月后,观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、上下肢功能、运动功能、平衡功能及独立生活能力,记录治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.22%,对照组为80.56%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组Brunnstrom、Fugl-Meyer、Berg、ADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组各项评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:活血化瘀汤联合联合常规康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫能提高疗效,缓解临床症状,改善患者独立生活能力及肢体功能,且安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu tang combined with routine rehabilitation training treatment for patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with stroke-induced hemiplegia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Yiqi Huayu tang based on the treatment of the control group.After two-month treatment,clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome score,function of upper and lower limbs,motor function,balance function and independent living ability were observed in the two groups.Incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 97.22%in the observation group and 80.56%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared scores of Brunnstrom,Fugl-Meyer,Berg and ADL between the two groups,there was no significance in differences(P>0.05);after treatment,the four scores in the two groups were all increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:In the treatment of stroke-induced hemiplegia,Yiqi Huayu tang combined with routine rehabilitation treatment can enhance curative effect,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve patients’independent living ability and limb function with high safety.
