摘 要:建立了一种利用顶空/气相色谱质谱联用法测定土壤中的环氧氯丙烷,并开展了验证分析。结果表明,该方法的MDL、MQDL分别为0.0353、0.141 mg/kg;实验室A(B)低、高浓度样品的加标回收率分别为82%(90%)、80%(84%),RSD分别为6.6%(8.8%)、2.2%(3.2%),实验室间低、高浓度样品加标回收率分别为86%、82%,RSDAB分别为9.2%、6.0%,均符合相关标准要求。同时本方法低、高浓度样检测值的极差均小于重复性限(0.0952、0.197mg/kg)和再现性限(0.121、0.230mg/kg)。因此,本方法的MDL,精密度和准确度验证均合格,可用于测定土壤中的环氧氯丙烷。A method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in soil by headspace/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established and was verified to affirm its applicability.The results revealed that the MDL and MQDL by this method were 0.0353 and 0.141 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries of low and high spiked samples in Lab A(B)were 82%(90%)and 80%(84%),with RSD of 6.6%(8.8%)and 2.2%(3.2%),respectively.The p AB of low,high spiked samples were 86%,82%,with RSDAB of 9.2%and 6.0%,respectively,which were accorded with relevant standard requirements.Meanwhile,the ranges of the low and high spiked samples were lower than the repeatability limits(0.0952,0.197 mg/kg)and the reproducibility limits(0.121,0.230 mg/kg),respectively.Therefore,the verification of MDL,precision and accuracy are all qualified,and can be used for the determination of epichlorohydrin in soil.
