摘 要:轻质刨花板常用聚合异氰酸酯(PMDI)作为胶黏剂,但其价格较高,因此研究采用脲醛树脂/聚合异氰酸酯(UF/PMDI)组合胶黏剂,与以杨木为主的不同形态的杂木刨花,制备8种不同结构形式的轻质刨花板,并对两种用胶情况下制备的轻质刨花板性能进行对比。结果表明:PMDI胶黏剂制备的轻质刨花板静曲强度、内结合强度、2 h和24 h吸水厚度膨胀率均优于组合胶黏剂制备的轻质刨花板,组合胶黏剂制备的单板贴面结构型轻质刨花板性能达到GB/T 4897—2015《刨花板》标准要求。Currently,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(PMDI)was usually used as adhesive in light-weight particleboards,but it was comparatively more expensive.Therefore,UF/PMDI composite adhesive was used to prepare eight kinds of light-weight particleboards,with different shapes of poplar-dominated wood particles as raw materials and the properties of light-weight particleboards prepared with two kinds of glue were compared.The results showed that the modulus of rupture(MOR),internal bonding(IB),2 h and 24 h thickness swelling(TS)of light-weight particleboards prepared by PMDI adhesive were better than that prepared by composite adhesive.The properties of light-weight particleboards with veneer structure prepared by composite adhesive could meet the requirements of GB/T 4897-2015 Particleboard.
