摘  要:以玉米芯为试验原料,采用蒸煮-碱提取法提取木聚糖。以提取的木聚糖为试验对象,通过改进工艺制备粒径较小、分子量较低的纳米木聚糖,将其作为防腐剂处理木腐菌。采用考马斯亮蓝法研究纳米木聚糖分别对白腐菌和褐腐菌的抑菌性能。以彩绒革盖菌和密粘褶菌为供试菌种,从呼吸作用、电导率、蛋白质渗出率三方面研究了纳米木聚糖对木腐菌生理生化机制的影响。结果表明:纳米木聚糖对两种菌有较好的抑制效果,但纳米木聚糖对彩绒革盖菌的抑制性要强于密粘褶菌。Using corncob as the test raw material,the xylan was extracted by digestion-alkali extraction method.The prepared xylan was taken as the research object.Through the improved process,the nanometer xylan with smaller particle size and lower molecular weight was prepared.It was used as preservative to treat wood rot fungi.The anti-bacterial properties of nano-xylan against white rot fungi and brown rot fungi were studied by Coomassie brilliant blue method.In this paper,Coriolus versicolor and Gloeophyllum trabeum were used as the test strains.The effects of nano-xylan on the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of wood rot fungi were studied in terms of their respiration,electrical conductivity,and protein exudation rate.The test results showed that nano-xylan had a better inhibitory effect on two species of bacteria,and nano-xylan had a stronger inhibitory effect on Coriolus versicolor than that of Gloeophyllum trabeum.
