摘　　要：基于西仓寺的教育和经济文化的发展情况,研究该寺在文化教育方面的模式探索,同时介绍通过开设商店、诊所、宾馆等在经济上取得的成就并参与社区脱贫等情况。Based on the changes in education and economical status of Shis tshan sGar gsar monastery,this paper discusses the monastery’s exploration of the pattern for cultural education.Since its first attempt at generating income,the monastery has achieved remarkable economic success by further opening up new shops,clinics,hotels and so on,enabling the monastery to jointly help the community out of poverty.
