摘  要:研究以20名大学生男子足球运动员为受试对象,随机将受试对象分为实验组和对照组,每组10人,两组均完成相同的足球技能训练计划和体能训练计划(共8周),实验组以液体左旋肉碱作为营养补剂,对照组服用安慰剂.两组实验前后采用Yo-Yo实验记录运动员的实际完成距离(AD)、峰值心率(HR)和主观疲劳值(RPE).研究发现,实验前两组运动员各观测指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验8周后,实验组的实际完成距离指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05),也高于实验前(P<0.05);实验组的主观疲劳值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组峰值心率变化不显著.实验结果表明,补充液体左旋肉碱能增加高校男子足球运动员的运动能力,降低业余足球运动员在高强度训练后的疲劳感.Study to 20 college students male soccer players as the subjects,random is divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 10 people,two groups are looking at an object to complete the same football skills training and physical training plans(8 weeks),the experimental group as a liquid l-carnitine as a nutritional supplement,the control group with placebo.The actual distance(AD),peak heart rate(HR)and subjective fatigue value(RPE)of the athletes were recorded by YO-YO test before and after the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the observed indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of the experiment,the actual completion distance index of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and was also higher than that before the experiment(P<0.05).The subjective fatigue value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in peak heart rate in the experimental group.These results suggest that supplementation of liquid L-carnitine can increase the athletic ability of male college football players and reduce the fatigue feeling of amateur football players after high intensity training.
