摘 要:近年来国民经济快速发展,人民健康素养发展滞后,国人健康问题日益凸显。《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》和《国民营养计划(2017—2030年)》相继实施并上升到国家战略。2020年初席卷全球的新冠疫情,高度强化了国人的自我保健意识。本文从前述背景研究展开,并结合疫情影响下数据,深刻剖析中国营养保健食品行业发展面临的挑战与机遇,论述了在时代大背景下如何激发企业创新力提升竞争力,提高营养保健食品健康效能,并结合精准消费场景、健康科学的消费理念等维度,服务好国民健康,推动国家战略目标高质量发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy,the development of people’s health literacy lags behind,and the health problems of Chinese people are increasingly prominent.The"healthy China 2030"planning outline and"national nutrition plan(2017—2030)"have been implemented and upgraded to the national strategy.At the beginning of 2020,the novel coronavirus pneumonia swept the world,highly strengthened the self-care awareness of Chinese people.Based on the above background research,combined with the data under the influence of the epidemic situation,this paper deeply analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by the development of China’s nutrition and functional food industry,discussed how to stimulate enterprise innovation,enhanced competitiveness,and improved the health efficiency of nutrition and health food under the background of the times,and combined with accurate consumption scenarios,health science consumption concept and other dimensions to serve national health to promote high-quality development of national strategic objectives.
