摘　　要：目的分析标准化健康宣教对脑血管支架成形术患者不良情绪、应激反应改善的效果。方法选择该院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的72例脑血管支架成形术患者,以双盲随机抽样法分为试验组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用传统护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用标准化健康宣教,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、应激反应指标、并发症发生率、舒适度评分的变化。结果试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、心率、血氧饱和度、平均动脉压均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,并发症发生率(2.78%)明显低于对照组(22.22%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化健康宣教可有效提高脑血管支架成形术患者舒适度,减轻不良情绪及生理应激反应,减少并发症。Objective To analyze the improvement effect of standardized health education on the poor mood and stress response in the patients with cerebrovascular stenting angioplasty.Methods Seventy-two patients with cerebrovascular stenting angioplasty in this hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and control group by using the double-blind random sampling method,36 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing care.The experimental group adopted the standardized health education on the basis of the control group.The SAS scores,SDS scores,stress response indicators,occurrence rate of complications and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score,SDS score,HR,SPO2 and MAP after nursing in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort scores after nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the occurrence rate of complications in the experimental group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized health education can effectively improve the comfort of the patients with cerebrovascular stenting angioplasty,reduce the poor mood and physiological stress status,and reduce the complications.
