彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿肠套叠的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究小儿肠套叠诊断中彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法研究2019年3月—2020年5月经手术或空气灌肠复位证实为肠套叠的51例患儿,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析诊断结果及超声影像特点。结果所有患儿经检查确诊49例,诊断准确率为96.08%;其中,结肠肠套叠、小肠肠套叠诊断符合率为100%,回盲肠肠套叠为96.67%,回结肠肠套叠为90.91%。超声声像特点:包块形态规则、边界清晰,呈不均匀低回声,可见套筒征、同心圆征及靶环征。结论小儿肠套叠诊断中彩色多普勒超声准确率高,还能鉴别不同肠套叠类型。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussusception in children.Methods To study 51 children with intussusception confirmed by surgery or air enema reduction from March 2019 to May 2020,all underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination,and analyzed the diagnosis results and ultrasound image characteristics.Results The diagnostic accuracy of 49 cases was 96.08%.Among them,the diagnosis coincidence rate of colon intussusception and small intestine intussusception was 100%,ileocecal intussusception was 96.67%,ileocolic intussusception was 90.91%.Ultrasonographic features:regular shape,clear boundary,inhomogeneous low echo,sleeve sign,concentric circle sign and target ring sign can be seen.Conclusion The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussusception in children is high,and it can also distinguish different types of intussusception.
