摘　　要：目的分析我院左氧氟沙星注射液合理性,以促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2019年10月—2020年4月开具左氧氟沙星注射液的300张门诊处方以及220份住院病历进行统计,观察左氧氟沙星注射液用药的科室分布、患者用药后出现的不良反应以及不合理用药因素。结果门诊处方中开具左氧氟沙星注射液的科室为内科,住院病历开具左氧氟沙星注射液最多的科室为呼吸内科,住院病历微生物检测率为71.15%(370/520)。在520例患者资料中,共有35例病患出现药物不良反应,其中以头晕、失眠等神经系统不良反应最高,发生率为3.08%。不合理用药因素调查与分析发现疗程不足、配液浓度偏高、联合用药不够合理等是我院左氧氟沙星注射液不合理用药的因素。结论我院左氧氟沙星注射液存在不合理用药现象,在运用左氧氟沙星注射液时,需要综合考虑患者的情况,医生应严格把握用药的适应症,同时医院需加强对医务人员合理用药的培训,提高左氧氟沙星注射液用药合理性。Objective To analyze the rationality of levofloxacin injection in our hospital to promote the rational use of drugs in clinic.Methods A total of 300 outpatient prescriptions and 220 inpatient medical records of levofloxacin injections were given in our hospital from October 2019 to April 2020,and the distribution of levofloxacin injections in the department,adverse reactions and unreasonable medications after medication were observed.factor.Results The department that prescribed levofloxacin injection in the outpatient prescription was internal medicine,and the department that prescribed the most levofloxacin injection in the inpatient department was respiratory medicine.The microbial detection rate of inpatient medical record was 71.15%(370/520).In the 520 patient data,a total of 35 patients had adverse drug reactions,of which dizziness,insomnia and other nervous system adverse reactions were the highest,with an incidence rate of 3.08%.Investigation and analysis of unreasonable medication factors found that inadequate treatment duration,high concentration of liquid preparation,and unreasonable combination medication were the factors of unreasonable medication of levofloxacin injection in our hospital.Conclusion There are irrational medications in levofloxacin injection in our hospital.When using levofloxacin injection,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the situation of the patient.The doctor should strictly grasp the indications for medication.The rationality of liquid medication.
