摘　　要：[目的]探讨双人操作的射频消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析某医院2018年1月至2018年12月超声引导下行射频消融术的56例甲状腺良性肿瘤双人操作患者资料,随访至术后1 a,分析双人操作射频消融治疗的效果。[结果]消融6 mon、1 a,结节分别由术前的(10 355±5 069) mm^(3)缩小至(3 001±2 862) mm^(3)、(1 348±1 299) mm^(3)。结节缩小率分别为(66±24)%、(84±14)%,P<0.05。临床症状改善明显,无明显并发症。[结论]双人操作的射频消融术治疗甲状腺结节疗效明确,安全性好。[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of double-operated radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.[Methods]A retrospective analysis of the data of 56 patients with benign thyroid tumors undergoing radiofrequency ablation under-ultrasound guidance from January 2018 to December 2018 in Xinxiang central hospital was followed up for 1 year after surgery.Analyze the effect of two-person radiofrequency ablation.[Results]After 6 months and 1 year of ablation,the nodules were reduced from(10355±5069)mm^(3) before surgery to(3001±2862)mm^(3) and(1348±1299)mm^(3),respectively,and the nodule reduction rates were(66±24)%,(84±14)%,P<0.05.The clinical symptoms improved significantly without obvious complications.[Conclusion]Two-person radiofrequency ablation has a clear curative effect and good safety in the treatment of thyroid nodules.
