摘  要:针对高速铁路动车组运用计划与乘务计划的协同调整问题,以最小化运行线取消数量和计划偏移量为目标,在考虑动车组类型、乘务便乘接续值乘及扣除间休时段的乘务值乘时间约束的基础上,建立基于有向图的动车组运用计划与乘务计划协同调整整数规划模型,并对其进行求解。以某条高速铁路单日运营数据为例,设置9个不同干扰场景,对比协同调整与顺序调整的效果。结果表明,协同调整模型能够有效求解动车组运用计划与乘务计划的协同调整问题,基本可满足干扰场景下实时调整的需求,且求解效果优于传统的顺序调整方案。Regarding collaborative rescheduling for rolling stock and crew on high speed railways, this paper built and solved a collaborative-rescheduling integer programming model for rolling stock and crew based on a directed graph. This model took into account the constraints of the type of rolling stock, the crew duty, and the crew working hours with breaktime deducted and aims to minimize the cancellations of running lines and the offsets against original scheduling plans. With single-day operation data of one high speed railway as an example, the effects of collaborative rescheduling and sequential rescheduling were compared in nine different interference scenarios. The results show that the collaborative rescheduling model can effectively solve the collaborative rescheduling for rolling stock and crew and meet the real-time rescheduling requirements in interference scenarios. More importantly, the solution quality is better than that of traditional sequential rescheduling.
