农民城镇子女继承农村宅基地意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：代际继承是妥善解决农村宅基地闲置问题以及深化农村宅基地制度改革不可忽视的部分,探索农民城镇子女继承农村宅基地的意愿对构建新型城乡关系具有重要意义。结合已有研究,基于Logistic模型,实证分析农民城镇子女的宅基地继承意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,性别、宅基地继承权利认知、家庭年收入水平、农村宅基地区位和农村宅基地是否有房屋对继承意愿有显著影响。提出应关注农民城镇子女群体,建立更具包容性的城市社会保障体系,加强城乡联系和制度衔接,发挥农民城镇子女在城乡融合发展中的纽带作用,加强法律宣传,让更多农村宅基地主体知法、守法,依法保护自身合法权益,提高人民群众的获得感。Intergenerational inheritance is an indispensable part to properly solve the idle problem of rural homestead and deepen the reform of rural homestead system.Exploring the willingness of peasants’urban children to inherit rural homestead is of great significance to the construction of new urban-rural relationship.Combining with the existing research,based on the logistic model,this paper empirically analyzed the inheritance willingness of rural urban children and its influencing factors.The study found that gender,cognition of inheritance right of homestead,annual income level of family,location of rural homestead and whether there are houses in rural homestead have significant effects on inheritance intention.It is proposed that attention should be paid to the children groups of peasants in cities and towns,and a more inclusive urban social security system should be established;the links between urban and rural areas and the institutional links should be strengthened to play the role of the children of peasants in the development of urban and rural integration;the publicity of laws should be strengthened so that more subjects of rural homestead can know and abide by the law,protect their legitimate rights and interests according to law,and improve the sense of gaining.
