摘  要:十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略,城乡义务教育一体化发展需重点解决农村教育弱问题,积极办好学前教育、特殊教育和网络教育,实现农村教育全面振兴。当前我国农村教育仍存在着硬件设施与软件发展滞后、教师资源匮乏、教育理念与现代技术不适应等问题。基于教育信息化2.0行动计划,为缓解农村信息化教育发展的失衡,促进教育公平,实现教育扶贫的使命,必须依靠现代信息技术与政策,加大资金投入、加强理论指导、推进机制创新,培养农村教育创新型人才,促进农村教育的信息化发展。In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of"Rural Revitalization"is highlighted,and it is proposed that"the integration of urban and rural compulsory education is the key point of construction,and the rural compulsory education should be focused on preschool education,special education and network education,realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.At present,there are still some problems in rural education,such as the lagging development of hardware facilities and software resources,the dual shortage of teacher resources and technical talents,the maladjustment of educational ideas with modern technology and the short-term governance of management system and policy.Based on the education informatization 2.0 action plan,in order to alleviate the imbalance of rural informatization education development,promote education equity and realize the mission of education poverty alleviation,we must rely on modern information technology and policies.Therefore,we should increase capital investment,strengthen theoretical guidance,promote mechanism innovation,cultivate innovative talents in rural education construction and promote the informatization development of rural education.
