摘 要:从日本鱼食文化的概念和特点入手,探讨日本鱼食文化的习俗。通过对水产品与其他食物的营养成分比较,表明水产品具有较高的营养价值和较好的保健、预防疾病等功能。剖析10个主要国家的水产品消费和人均寿命的相关数据,得出人均寿命与水产品消费量呈正比例关系,日本的国民平均长寿与其鱼食文化存在必然联系。日本在合理利用渔业资源、突出产业优势、引导消费者偏好等方面对我国“食育”教育和公民健康水准提高具有一定的借鉴意义。Starting from the concept and characteristics,this paper systematically introduces the customs of Japanese fish food culture.By comparing the nutritional components of aquatic products with other foods,it is concluded that aquatic products have high nutritional value,as well as the unique health care and disease prevention functions.After analyzing the relevant data of aquatic product consumption and life span in 10 major countries,it shows that the average life span is positively proportional to the consumption of aquatic products,and there is an inevitable relationship between the average life span of Japanese people and the fish food culture.It is believed that the fish food culture of Japan has a certain reference significance in the aspects of rationally utilizing resources,highlighting industrial advantages,guiding consumer preferences,etc.
