摘  要:职业教育正经历从规模数量扩张到质量内涵提升的转变,迫切需要培养一大批拔尖创新人才和高素质的劳动者助力国家经济转型发展。介绍了拔尖创新人才培养的国际范式、国外拔尖创新人才培养的主要模式,较系统的分析了高职院校拔尖创新人才培养现状,包括主要模式、培养成效等,针对拔尖创新人才培养中存在的问题,提出了具有一定指导意义的建议。Vocational education is experiencing transformation from the expansion of scale and quantity to the improvement of quality and connotation. It is urgent to cultivate a large number of top-notch innovative talents and high-quality workers to help the country’s economic transformation and development. This paper introduces the international paradigm of top-notch innovative talents training and the main modes of foreign top-notch innovative talents training, systematically analyzes the current situation of top-notch innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges, including the main modes and training effects, and puts forward some guiding suggestions for the problems existing in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
