摘  要:产教融合是高职院校高质量发展永恒的主题,是类型教育的鲜明特征。从深化“校中厂”理念,按生产流程组织实施教学,逆向设计能力主导型课程体系,建设生产型实训基地,开发特色实训教学项目,培养一专多能的双师型师资队伍等方面,介绍了依托“校中厂”深入推进产教融合的途径和策略。实践表明,该途径切实可行,成效显著,培育并形成了一个国家级技能大师工作室,具有一定的借鉴意义。The integration of production and education is the eternal theme of high quality development in higher vocational colleges and the distinctive feature of type education. From deepening the concept of "factory" in school, according to the production process to organize the implementation of teaching, reverse design capability leading curriculum system, the construction of productive practice base, practice teaching project development characteristics, cultivation of mastering many skills while specializing in double type teaching staff, etc., are introduced based on the "factory" in school and thorough going efforts to promote the integration of production and education approaches and strategies. The practice shows that this approach is feasible and effective, and a national skill master studio has been cultivated and formed, which has certain reference significance.
