基于“寒气生浊”理论探讨温阳化浊法防治痴呆

摘　　要：痴呆是临床常见的难治性衰老性疾病之一,具有高发病率、高致残率、高致死率、高医疗负担等特点,其起病隐匿,易漏诊延误,后期治疗收效甚微。文章以《黄帝内经》中“寒气生浊”立论,通过溯源“寒气生浊”理论内涵,探微痴呆的疾病衍变及诊疗策略,认为痴呆存在着有序的证候级联衍变,初始于阳气渐衰、寒气内生,进展于浊邪阻滞、清窍不利,恶化于浊邪久郁、变生他患,基于此提出痴呆诊治宜抓住浊邪未郁的关键时期,以“温阳化浊”为治疗大法,温通、温补、温化扶助阳气,化痰、化瘀、通络以化浊邪,标本兼治,截断浊郁,为早期温阳化浊防治痴呆提供理论依据。以冀彰显中医药特色与优势,亦为其他衰老性疾病的早期诊治提供临床借鉴,具有重要的临床价值。Dementia is one of the common ageing and degenerative disease,with onset hidden,easily missed diagnosis and poor later treatment effect.So it is important to explore syndrome cascade evolution and treatment of dementia based on Hanqi Shengzhuo theory.Deficiency of Yang is the foundation of dementia.Turbid pathogen is the key pathogenesis,and turbid pathogen lingering for a long time is the leading reason for deterioration of dementia.Therefore diagnosis and treatment of dementia should be performed at an early stage before turbid pathogen lingering for a long time.And at this stage,it is suggested to treat with Wenyang Huazhuo method to address both symptoms and root causes.In this way,turbid pathogen will be prevented from staying for a long time and the development of dementia will be prevented or delay.The article provides clinical reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of other aging diseases,with signifiacant value to highlight the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
