摘  要:察尔森水库出险加固后,丰水期水质特征有待进行评价,水环境的变化对微生物群落也会构成影响.为了探究查尔森水库水质与微生物群落变化之间的联系,结合环境因子变化特征,利用高通量测序技术,对丰水期察尔森水库上游东、西入口及下游出口三个位点的微生物群落结构进行分析,对表层水体及水库底泥中沉积物微生物群落组成及分布特征进行分析.最终获得了hgcl-clade、不动杆菌属(Acinetbcter)、黄杆菌属(Flavbacterium)、CL500-29-marine-grup等465个属组成;底泥中微生物的多样性远多于水质中微生物多样性;微生物多样性排序为:DHN_2>DHN_1>DHN_3.明确了察尔森水库水质、水体和底泥中微生物群落结构及其多样性的变化,为察尔森水库富营养化的微生物指示作用提供理论依据和数据支持.After the reinforcement of Chalson Reservoir,the water quality characteristics in the wet season need to be evaluated,and the change of water environment will also have an impact on the microbial community.To explore,reservoir water quality and the connection between the change of the microbial community,combining with the changes of environmental factors,using high-throughput sequencing technologies,the plentiful Chalson Reservoir upstream downstream of east and west entrance and exit three loci of microbial community structure were analyzed,and the surface water and sediment in the reservoir sediment microbial community composition and distribution characteristics were analyzed.Finally,465 genera including hgcl-clade,Acinetbcter,Flavbacterium,Cl500-29-Marine-Grup were obtained.The microbial diversity in sediment was much more than that in water.The sequence of microbial diversity was:DHN_2>DHN_1>DHN_3.The changes of microbial community structure and diversity in the water quality,water body and sediment of Chalson Reservoir were clarified,which provided theoretical basis and data support for the microbial indicator function of eutrophication of Chalson Reservoir.
