摘　　要：本文概括了我国进口乳制品标签的相关规定,包括标签通用标准、产品标准以及相关的法规规章,剖析进口乳制品标签在产品名称、配料表、日期标注、营养标签等方面常见的问题,并从强化企业主体责任、加大法规标准宣贯力度、政府部门加大监管力度等方面提出规范进口乳制品标签的措施及建议。Food label is the carrier that passes food information to consumers,it is the main basis for consumers to select foods,and it is also an important part of food quality and safety management.In recent years,labeling has become one of the major problems in imported dairy products.This article outlines the relevant provisions for imported dairy products in China,including general labeling standards,product stan⁃dards,and related regulations and rules;analyzes the common labeling problems in imported dairy products,including problems of product name,ingredient table,date label,and nutrition label;proposes measures and suggestions to regulate import dairy labeling from the perspec⁃tives of strengthening the main-body responsibility of the enterprises,increasing the publicity of regulations and standards,and strengthening the supervision of government departments.
