摘　　要：目的:探究CD34、podoplanin与子宫颈癌细胞增殖、血管内皮生长因子的关系及对预后的影响。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月本院子宫颈癌患者106例,均行手术切除治疗,留取子宫颈癌组织与癌旁正常组织标本。比较子宫颈癌组织与癌旁正常组织CD34、podoplanin表达情况,分析子宫颈癌组织中CD34与podoplanin的相关性,并对比不同CD34、podoplanin表达子宫颈癌组织增殖基因(Derlin1、SFRP2、TUG1、PRPS2)、血管内皮生长因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D、血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)]水平,分析CD34、podoplanin与增殖基因、血管内皮生长因子的关系。随访3年,统计分析患者3年生存率。结果:子宫颈癌组织CD34、podoplanin阳性表达率、表达量均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。子宫颈癌组织中CD34表达量与podoplanin表达量存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。CD34强阳性子宫颈癌组织Derlin1、TUG1、PRPS2表达量高于弱阳性子宫颈癌组织,SFRP2低于弱阳性子宫颈癌组织(P<0.05);podoplanin阳性子宫颈癌组织Derlin1、TUG1、PRPS2表达量高于阴性子宫颈癌组织,SFRP2低于阴性子宫颈癌组织(P<0.05);CD34强阳性子宫颈癌组织VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGFR-3表达量高于弱阳性子宫颈癌组织(P<0.05);podoplanin阳性子宫颈癌组织VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGFR-3表达量高于阴性子宫颈癌组织(P<0.05)。子宫颈癌组织CD34、podoplanin与Derlin1、TUG1、PRPS2、VEGF-A、VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGFR-3均存在正相关关系,与SFRP2存在负相关关系(P<0.05)。CD34强阳性患者3年生存率低于弱阳性者,podoplanin阳性患者3年生存率低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈癌组织CD34、podoplanin表达水平与子宫颈癌细胞增殖基因表达、血管内皮生长因子间存在相关性,且CD34、podoplanin阳性表达可降低患者生存率,早期检测其表达情况有助于评定子宫颈癌预后。Objective:To explore the relationship between CD34,podoplanin and cervical cancer cell proliferation,vascular endothelial growth factor and their influence on prognosis.Method:A total of 106 cervical cancer patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected,all of whom underwent surgical resection,and specimens of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were retained.The expression of CD34 and podoplanin in cervical cancer tissue and normal tissue adjacent to the cancer were compared,and the correlation between CD34 and podoplanin in cervical cancer tissue was analyzed.And the different CD34,podoplanin expression of cervical cancer tissue proliferation genes(Derlin1,SFRP2,TUG1,PRPS2),vascular endothelial growth factor[vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A),VEGF-C,VEGF-D,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3(VEGFR-3)]levels were compared.The relationship between CD34,podoplanin,proliferation genes and vascular endothelial growth factor was analyzed.Followed up for 3 years,the 3-year survival rate was statistically analyzed.Result:The positive expression rates and levels of CD34 and podoplanin in cervical cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD34 and podoplanin in cervical cancer tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of Derlin1,TUG1 and PRPS2 in CD34 strongly positive cervical cancer tissues were higher than those in weakly positive cervical cancer tissues,and SFRP2 was lower than weakly positive cervical cancer tissues(P<0.05);the expression levels of Derlin1,TUG1 and PRPS2 in podoplanin-positive cervical cancer tissue were higher than those in negative cervical cancer tissue,and SFRP2 was lower than that in negative cervical cancer tissue(P<0.05);the expression levels of VEGF-A,VEGF-C,VEGF-D,and VEGFR-3 in CD34 strongly positive cervical cancer tissues were higher than those in weakly positive cervical cancer tissues(P<0.05);the expression levels of VEGF-A,VEGF-C,VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 in po
