介入护理在脑血管病介入治疗中的效果分析及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨与分析介入护理在脑血管病介入治疗中的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的脑血管病患者100例,患者均在本院进行脑血管病介入治疗。本院于2019年1月开始引入介入护理,因而按照入院先后的顺序进行分组,将2018年1-12月的患者纳为对照组,将2019年1月-2020年1月的患者纳为观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予介入护理。比较两组术后并发症发生情况、患者的满意度、护理前后的生活质量情况。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组各项生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的生理功能、生理职能、一般健康情况、精力、社会功能、精神健康评分均较护理前升高,且观察组的上述各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入护理在脑血管病介入治疗中的护理效果较好,可以降低患者并发症的发生风险,提升其对护理的满意度,有效改善患者术后的生活质量水平,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of interventional nursing in the interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,and all of them received interventional treatment for cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital.Interventional nursing was introduced in our hospital in January 2019,so patients were grouped according to the order of admission.Patients from January to December 2018 were included as the control group,and patients from January 2019 to January 2020 were included as the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received interventional nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,patient satisfaction,quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 84.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistical significance in all quality of life scores between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,general health,energy,social function and mental health of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional nursing has good nursing effect in interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease,which can reduce the risk of complications in patients,improve their satisfaction with nursing,effectively improve the quality of life of patients after surgery,and
