高压氧联合醋酸曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的疗效及对E-钙黏蛋白、转化生长因子-β1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析高压氧联合醋酸曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)的效果及对E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月本院收治的80例OSF患者,以信封法随机分为试验组及对照组,每组40例。对照组采用醋酸曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用高压氧进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后口腔黏膜病损面积、张口度、E-cadherin、TGF-β1水平及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组口腔黏膜病损面积、张口度、E-cadherin及TGF-β1水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组口腔黏膜病损面积小于对照组,TGF-β1水平低于对照组,E-cadherin水平及张口度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用高压氧联合醋酸曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗OSF患者,可改善患者临床症状,临床效果明确,具有较高临床推广应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Triainclnolone Acetonide Acetate Injection in the treatment of oral submucosal fibrosis (OSF) and its effect on the expression of E-cadherin and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1).Method:A total of 80 patients with OSF admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divide into the experimental group and the control group by the envelope method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Triainclnolone Acetonide Acetate Injection local blocking therapy,and the experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.Oral mucosal lesion area,mouth opening degree,levels of E-cadherin,TGF-β1 were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and clinical treatment effect were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the oral mucosal lesion area,mouth opening degree,E-cadherin and TGF-β1 levels in both groups were better than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the oral mucosal lesion area,TGF-β1 level in experimental group were lower than those in control group,E-cadherin level and mouth opening degree in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Local blocking therapy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Injection in the treatment of patients with OSF can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical treatment effect is clear,which has high clinical promotion and application value.
