超高压电磁换向阀试验台的研制

摘　　要：为检测超高压电磁换向阀的性能和可靠性,成功研制出自动化、智能化程度较高的超高压电磁换向阀试验台。该试验台集机、电、液自动化、智能化于一体,测试压力范围0~80 MP a,被试阀电压范围DC 0~300 V,可对被试阀进行壳体耐压强度试验、高压密封试验、空载启闭特性试验、背压试验、内泄漏试验和寿命试验等试验项目。介绍超高压电磁换向阀试验台的主要技术参数及功能,液压系统、控制系统、测量系统组成及原理,测试软件设计和试验流程。In order to test the performance and reliability of ultra-high pressure solenoid operated directional valve,an automatic and intelligent ultra-high pressure solenoid operated directional valve test bench has been developed successfully.The test bench integrates mechanical,electrical and hydraulic automation and intelligence,with test pressure range of0~80 MPa and valve voltage range of DC0~300 V,and can carry out shell pressure strength test,high pressure sealing test,no-load opening and closing characteristics test,back pressure test,internal leakage test and life test for tested valve.Main technical parameters and function of ultra-high pressure solenoid operated directional valve test bench,composition and principle of hydraulic system,control system and measuring system,design of test software and test process are introduced.
