摘　　要：口腔是消化道的起始部位,也是全身菌群最丰富的部位之一。口腔菌群发生失调,不仅导致舌象发生变化,也影响着消化道肿瘤的发生发展,其为消化道肿瘤的早发现、早诊断、早治疗提供了新的思路。本文通过检索历年来文献,对此进行综述。The oral cavity is the starting part of the digestive tract and one of the most abundant parts of the body's flora.The imbalance of oral flora not only leads to changes in tongue images,but also affects the occurrence and development of digestive tract tumors.It provides new ideas for early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of digestive tract tumors.This article summarizes this by searching the literature over the years.
