摘　　要：拟从澜沧江已建成发电的第一级乌弄龙水电站水库水质监测资料着手,对水库区营养化程度进行分析评价,认清乌弄龙水库水质已经处于轻度富营养化的现实。如果不及时采用预防和治理措施,水污染还会持续加剧。为了遏制水库水质进一步恶化,结合库区自然地理和经济发展状况,通过监测、收集文献资料、访问调查等方法对水库TN、TP污染物来源进行梳理分析,提出生态、控制外源、排除外源、加强流域内居民的环保意识、建立数据库等水环境治理措施,为开展环境治理提供决策支持。将乌弄龙水库及其控制流域的环境保护工作做好,实现源头控制,降低环境风险,对国际河流澜沧江河段的环保工作具有国际意义。通过本文,以期抛砖引玉,促成更多关心澜沧江环保的人士开展研究讨论,共同做好澜沧江流域水环境保护工作。This paper intends to start from the water quality monitoring data of Wunonglong Hydropower S t ation,t he first stage of Lancang River,to analyze and evaluate the nutritionization degree of the reservoir area,and to recognize the reality that the water quality of Wunonglong Reservoir has been in mild eutrophication.If preventive and treatment measures are not taken in time,water pollution will continue to worsen.To curb the reservoir water quality worsens,the combination of the natural geography and economic development,by monitoring,collection of literature,interviews and other methods of TN and TP pollution source reservoir carding analysis,put forward the ecological,control exogenous,eliminate exogenous,strengthen the environmental protection consciousness of residents in the basin,the water environment management measures such as establishing a database,to provide decision support for carrying out environmental governance.The environmental protection work of Wunonglong reservoir and its control basin is of international significance to the environmental protection work of the Lancang River reach.Through this article,we hope to attract more people who care about Lancang River environmental protection to carry out research and discussion,and work together to protect the water environment of Lancang River Basin.
