乡村振兴背景下农村人才队伍建设的问题与路径——以宁波市为例

摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,宁波市的农村人才队伍建设面临着许多问题和困境,如人才数量不足、人才素质不高、人才结构不平衡、人才培育不到位等。针对这些现状,从加大培养经费投入、分类推进人才培育、完善人才培育体系、优化创业政策和环境、加强人才平台建设等方面提出了农村人才队伍建设的有效途径,从而促进农村的人才振兴。In the context of rural revitalization,Ningbo’s rural talent team construction is facing many problems and dilemmas,such as insufficient talents,low quality of talents,unbalanced talent structure,inadequate talent cultivation,etc.In response to this status quo,effective ways to build a rural talent team have been proposed from the aspects of increasing investment in training funds,promoting talent cultivation by classification,improving the talent cultivation system,optimizing entrepreneurial policies and environment,and strengthening the construction of talent platforms,so as to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
