摘　　要：在持续推进乡村振兴战略的进程中,随着民主意识的不断增强,农民越来越多地参与到乡村公共活动之中,乡村社会已具备了培育现代公共精神的土壤。由于乡村社会结构和形态正处于转型期,现代公共精神的培育和发展还面临着一些难题。应从加强党的领导、完善农村民主政治建设、壮大农村集体经济、培育农民公共意识等方面着力塑造现代公共精神,以助推"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"的乡村建设。In the process of continuously promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,with the continuous enhancement of democratic consciousness,farmers are more and more involved in rural public activities,and rural society has the soil to cultivate modern public spirit.As the rural social structure and form is in the transition period,the cultivation and development of modern public spirit is still facing some problems.We should strengthen the party’s leadership,improve the construction of rural democratic politics,expand the rural collective economy,cultivate farmers’public awareness and other aspects to shape the modern public spirit,so as to boost the rural construction of"prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life".
