龙血竭联合锡类散中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探索中药龙血竭合锡类散中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月于川北医学院附属医院肛肠科住院的溃疡性直肠炎患者60名,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。观察组患者采取龙血竭胶囊2.1 g和锡类散1 g加入生理盐水100 ml保留灌肠,每晚一次;对照组患者采取甲硝唑注射液100 ml保留灌肠每晚一次;疗程为7天,疗程结束后对两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的疾病活动指数(DAI)评分和不良反应的发生率进行比较。结果:观察组患者总体有效率(96.67)明显高于对照组(73.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后DAI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者和对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:龙血竭联合锡类散行中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine LongxueJieHexie Powder Chinese traditional medicine retention enema on ulcerative proctitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with ulcerative proctitis hospitalized in the Department of Anorectal,Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Observation group received Longxue Capsules 2.1g and Xixue Powder 1g added with normal saline 100ml for retention enema,once a night;Control group received metronidazole injection 100ml retention enema once a night;The course of treatment lasted for 7 days.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,disease activity index(DAI)score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of observation group(96.67)was significantly higher than that of control group(73.33)(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.DAI score of observation group was significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion LongxueJie combined with Xisian powder with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis has significant efficacy,high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
