摘　　要：《麻衣神相》奠定了相术学的理论基础,是命相学历史上一部划时代的巨著。医相同源,《麻衣神相》相学理论吸纳了《黄帝内经》中阴阳五行学说、面部望诊法、疾病诊断等内容,为相面、神、气、色提供依据,且从细微之处,探寻生理病理依据,进而分析人的生命运程,在预示人体健康及疾病的判断上具有一定的科学性与合理性。Mayi Shenxiang,a landmark work in the history of Minxiang studies,has laid the theoretical foundation of physiognomy.Physiognomy has the same origin with the traditional Chinese medicine,it means that physiology absorbed the theory of yin-yang and five elements,the method of facial inspection and the diagnosis of diseases in Huangdi Neijing,which provides the basis for watching the face,manners,qi and color.And for a comprehensive and reasonable analysis of the course of human life,it starting from the details to explore the basis of physiological and pathological,and then analyze the course of human life.
