摘  要:目的:筛选出抗氧化功能最佳的益气聪明汤配伍。方法:采用正交设计法对益气聪明汤进行加减方配伍,对给药后D-半乳糖氧化损伤小鼠肝脏中MDA含量、SOD活性和GSH-Px活性进行测定,研究益气聪明汤加减法的抗氧化功能。结果:丹参、葛根、短梗五加、北沙参、人参、黄芪、甘草和白芍的益气聪明汤配伍能明显增加D-半乳糖氧化损伤小鼠肝脏中SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低肝脏中MDA含量。结论:抗氧化作用最佳的益气聪明汤配伍为丹参10g、葛根10g、短梗五加10g、北沙参10g、人参16g、黄芪16g、甘草16g和白芍3g。Objective:Compatibility of Yiqi Congming Decoction with the best anti-oxidative effect was screened.Methods:Compatibility of Yiqi Congming Decoction is modified by using orthogonal design method.MDA content,SOD activity,and GSH-Px activity in liver of oxidative damage mouse by D-galactose after administration are determined,and the antioxidant function of Yiqi Congming Decoction is studied.Results:Compatibility of Yiqi Congming Decoction including Salvia Miltrorrhiza,Radix Puerariae,Acanthopanax Sessiliflorus,Radix Glehniae,Ginseng,Milkvetch Root,Radix Glycyrrhizae and White Paeony Root could increase SOD and GSH-Px activities in the liver of oxidative damage mice by D-galactose,and decrease MDA content in its liver.Conclusion:The anti-oxidative effect of compatibility of Yiqi Congming Decoction including Salvia Miltrorrhiza 10 g,Radix Puerariae 10 g,Acanthopanax Sessiliflorus 10 g,Radix Glehniae 10 g,Ginseng 16 g,Milkvetch Root 16 g,Radix Glycyrrhizae 16 g and White Paeony Root 3 g was best.
