摘　　要：文章以《中华医典》(第五版)电子版收录1156部中医文献为资源,参考现代对辟谷养生研究成果,以药物功效、具有辟谷作用的方药、服气辟谷为分类依据,梳理出历代本草、医书中收载的辟谷相关内容,并对其进行分析整理。提出服药辟谷需连续空腹服药,从药物安全性角度考虑是不适宜的,也符合古代医书所谓"指辟谷修炼者言之,非恒人所能耳"的论述,只能作为辟谷的辅助手段。辟谷应是以高质量足量养生功法练习为前提,以补足人体元气(服气)为条件的特殊限食方法。辟谷在中国具有悠久的历史,记载确切,虽流传较少,但确为中医历代流传养生技术,其养生价值受到历代医家的高度重视,具有重要的研究价值。Taking the electronic edition of Chinese Medical Code(Fifth Edition)containing 1156 TCM documents as resources,and referring to the results of modern research on Bigu,this paper makes an analysis and research on the ancient TCM documents recording the contents of Bigu.Based on the efficacy of drugs,prescriptions with the effect of Bigu,and’Fuqi’Big as the basis for classification,the relevant contents of Bigu collected in previous dynasties of medical books were sorted out,and analyzed.It is proposed that continuous fasting medicine should be taken on an empty stomach while Bigu by taking medicin,which is not appropriate from the point of drug safety,and it is also in line with the argument in ancient medical books that’the practitioners of Bigu are beyond the ears of the permanent people’,and so it is proposed that it can only be used as an auxiliary means to dispel the Bigu activities.Bigu should be a special fasting method based on the practice of high-quality and sufficient health-preserving Gongfa,and its health-preserving value has been highly valued by doctors of all ages.Bigu has a long history in China and has a clear record.Although it has a small spread,it is indeed an important health-preserving technology handed down through the ages and has important research value.
