鸢尾素在器官功能保护中的研究进展

摘　　要：鸢尾素是一种主要由骨骼肌分泌的细胞因子,在生物体内分布广泛。研究证实,鸢尾素可以调节葡萄糖和脂肪的动态平衡,对2型糖尿病和肥胖症等代谢紊乱性疾病具有潜在的治疗价值。最新研究表明鸢尾素具有抗炎、抗凋亡和抗氧化等作用。文章综述了鸢尾素的这些生理作用与心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化、肾疾病、肝疾病、肺损伤等多种疾病的发生、发展和预后的关系,以及这些不同病理条件下以鸢尾素治疗为靶点的多个分子途径,提示鸢尾素可通过不同机制保护器官功能,为临床上预防和治疗器官功能损伤提供新思路。Irisin is a kind of cytokines mainly released by skeletal muscles,which is widely distributed in organisms.Studies have confirmed that irisin can regulate glucose and lipid homeostasis and have the therapeutic potential for the treatment of metabolic disorders like obesity and type 2 diabetes.The latest researches show that irisin has the properties of anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,and anti-oxidation,which are related to the initiation,progression,and prognosis of numerous diseases like myocardial infarction,atherosclerosis,kidney diseases,liver diseases,and lung injury,suggesting that irisin can protect organ function through different mechanisms.In this paper we review multiple molecular pathways targeted by irisin therapy under various pathological conditions,which provides a new idea for clinical prevention and treatment of organ function injury.
