摘 要:教师课程领导意识决定着教师在课程教学实践、开发、改革过程中的行为、方式和效果,内在地影响着教师课程教学的绩效。通过对某省10所高校368名高校外语教师进行调查,结果表明:高校外语教师课程领导意识整体较高,但是课程决策的领导意识、课程开发的领导意识、课程创新的领导意识相对比较薄弱。要解决这些困境,可以从以下途径来实现:升华事业感;构建学习共同体,提升课程领导理论素养;积极开展学术研讨活动;学校创设多项活动刺激高校外语教师课程领导意识的生成。The consciousness of teachers'curriculum leadership determines teachers'behaviors,ways and effects in the process of curriculum teaching,and internally affects teachers'performance in curriculum teaching.Through the investigation of 368 foreign language teachers in 10 colleges and universities in a province,the results show that:the overall awareness of curriculum leadership of foreign language teachers in Colleges and universities is high,but the awareness of leadership in curriculum decision-making,curriculum development and curriculum innovation is relatively weak.To solve these dilemmas,it can be achieved through the following ways:sublimating a sense of career;constructing a learning community and improving the theoretical qualities of curriculum leadership;taking part in academic research activities actively;and creating a number of activities to stimulate the generation of curriculum leadership awareness.
