1+X证书制度视阈下“双师型”教师内涵新解及实现路径研究

摘  要:教师是职业教育改革推行1+X证书制度的实施者,是“三教改革”中的核心、能动因素。伴随着职业教育的发展,教师也从最初的传统学科体系教师转换为现在的“双师型”教师。“双师型”教师的内涵有多种不同解释。本文认为1+X证书制度试点情况下,“双师型”教师应在原有“重理论、重实践”的基础上加上“重反馈”,提出“企业培训师+教练”(简称“培训教练”)型双师的概念;并构建了“培训教练型”双师的实现路径,即“一推一拉力作用、二因素激励、四轮驱动”的“1-2-4系统联动机制”。Teachers are the implementerof the 1+X certificate system in vocational education reform,and the core and dynamic factors in the three education reform.With the development of vocational education,teachers are also changing their roles,from the original traditional subject system teachers to the present“dual-qualified”teachers.There are many different interpretations of the connotation of dual-qualified teachers.Under the current pilot situation of 14-X certificate system,the dual-qualified teachers should add n valuing feedback”on the basis of the original“emphasizing theory and practice”.Therefore,this paper puts forward the concept of“enterprise trainer+coach”(hereinafter referred to as“training coach)type double qualification,and constructs the realization path of“training coach type”double qualification,that is,1-2-4 system linkage mechanism of“one push and one pull effect,two factor incentive,four-wheel drive”。
