摘　　要：目前公办高等学校教学秘书队伍的建设存在一些问题,学校应该不断深化改革创新,破除一切不合时宜的弊端,不断完善优化内部管理模式、治理结构,将教学秘书队伍的改革建设纳入学校改革建设的重要日程中来,将教学秘书队伍打造成为一支充满活力、组织严密、机制灵活、积极向上的高素质教学管理队伍,全面提升教学秘书的教学管理工作质量,进而提升学校的教学管理质量以及教学质量。At present, there are some problems in the construction of the teaching secretary team in public colleges and universities. The university should continue to deepen reform and innovation, get rid of all the inappropriate drawbacks,constantly improve and optimize the internal management mode and governance structure, bring the reform and construction of the teaching secretary team into the important agenda of the reform and construction of the University,and build the teaching secretary team into a dynamic and innovative team. The high-quality teaching management team with strict organization, flexible mechanism and positive progress can comprehensively improve the teaching management quality of the teaching secretary, and then improve the teaching management quality and teaching quality of the school.
