摘  要:隐性教育资源作为教育资源的一种,蕴藏于校园环境当中,时常通过暗示性教育,实现对教育客体产生潜移默化的教育目的。通过对资助育人中隐性教育资源的开发探索,挖掘出隐性教育资源在高校资助育人工作中的效用价值,探析隐性教育资源在高校资助育人中的运用,提出做好顶层设计同时,从专业课程、校园文化、网络媒体、受助自身及教师挖掘资助育人资源,有机将隐性教育资源融入现代高校资助育人实际工作中,以达到良好育人效果。As a kind of educational resources, recessive educational resources are contained in the campus environment, and often through suggestive education, it can achieve the purpose of education imperceptibly. By exploring the development of recessive educational resources in subsidizing education, this paper explores the utility value of recessive educational resources in the work of subsidizing and educating people in colleges and universities,explores the application of hidden educational resources in university subsidizing education, and proposes to do a good job in top-level design. At the same time, it is necessary to excavate the hidden educational resources from professional courses, campus culture, network media, recipients themselves and teachers In order to achieve good education effect,the source should be integrated into the practical work of modern university funding education.
