摘 要:商业包装与产品销量密切相关,食用菌企业在对自身产品进行包装设计时,要将增加销量作为关键设计指标。而当前市场环境的变化,消费者对食用菌产品包装设计衍生出了更为个性化的需求。食用菌产品包装设计人员在这种消费市场态势下,开始对包装设计做加法,过于关注包装视觉效果与产品经济效益,而忽略社会履责,没有平衡好生态资源节约与产品包装设计之间的关系。由此,在生态社会构建发展要求下,食用菌产业在进行包装设计时,需要着眼于"绿色生态"这一指标,更加关注原生态要素,彰显出产品的自然质感,体现食用菌产品包装的回收利用价值。在分析食用菌产品包装设计时,从生态视角出发,探究了食用菌产品包装设计现状,研究了具体的包装设计策略,包括简洁适用、"双新"策略(新材料和新技术)、科学选择材料、把握形态要素、包装复用设计、融入文化生态5种具体实用的方法。Commercial packaging is closely related to product sales, and edible fungi companies must increase sales as a key design indicator when designing packaging for their products. With the current changes in the market environment, consumers have a more personalized demand for edible fungi product packaging design. Under this consumer market situation, edible fungi product packaging designers began to add to packaging design. They paid too much attention to the visual effects of packaging and the economic benefits of products, while ignoring social responsibility. Therefore, under the requirements of the construction and development of an ecological society, the edible fungi industry needs to focus on the indicator of ‘green ecology’during packaging design, pay more attention to the original ecological elements, highlight the natural texture of the product, and reflect the packaging of edible fungi products recycling value. When analyzing the packaging design of edible fungi products, through studies the specific packaging design strategies, including concise application, ‘double new’strategy(new materials and new technology), scientific selection of materials, grasp the morphological elements, packaging reuse design, integration into the cultural ecology of five specific practical methods.
