摘  要:水基涂料具有优良的防腐性能和装饰性能,在飞机结构件等服役环境相对温和的场合完全可以替代传统的溶剂型涂料。研制高防腐性能的水基结构防护涂层可以显著提升我国航空涂料的技术水平。飞机结构件主要是铝合金材质,铝合金材质的表面处理对水基结构防护涂料性能有很大的影响;同时,在实际施工过程中,要求不同的涂料的适用期和不同的涂层的固化条件均不能影响涂料的性能。研究结果显示,国产水基结构底漆在三种不同的铝合金表面处理方式、新鲜混合和壶装寿命后的喷涂施工、常温固化和加速固化等不同条件下,均满足相关技术指标要求,具有优良的性能。Water-based coatings have excellent anticorrosive and decorative properties,and can completely replace traditional solvent-based coatings in relatively mild service environment such as aircraft structural parts.The development of water-based protective coatings with high anticorrosion performance can significantly improve the technical level of aviation coatings in China.Aircraft structural parts are mainly made of aluminum alloy.The surface treatment of aluminum alloy material has a great influence on the performance of water-based structural protective coatings.At the same time,in the actual construction process,the different application period and the different curing conditions of the coating can not affect the performance of the coating.The results show that the domestic water-based structural primers meet the requirements of relevant technical indexes and have excellent properties under three different surface treatment methods of aluminum alloy,spray construction after fresh mixing and pot life,normal temperature curing and accelerated curing.
