摘 要:随着近年来骨科患者数量的逐年增加,对治疗及护理过程中的相关材料有了更高的要求,这直接造就了现在骨科生物医用材料的飞速发展,其在治疗以及术后骨科护理中有了极大的应用。同时,3D打印材料在骨科相关疾病治疗及护理过程中有了巨大的用武之地。而可吸收可降解的高分子医用材料具有无毒、终产物可排除的特点。近年来的发展也十分迅猛。可吸收高分子材料主要可分为天然高分子材料(包括壳聚糖、胶原蛋白等)和人工高分子材料(包括聚乙交酯、聚羟基丁酸酯等)。该文对以上高分子材料进行介绍,并对医用骨科材料的未开发展做出展望。With the number of orthopedic patients increasing year by year,there is a higher demand for materials related to the treatment and care process.This has led directly to the rapid development of orthopedic biomedical materials,which are now being used in the treatment and post-operative orthopedic care.At the same time,3 D printing materials have a huge use in the treatment and care of orthopedics-related diseases.The absorbable and degradable polymer medical materials are non-toxic and the final product can be eliminated due to their characteristics.The development in recent years has also been very rapid.Absorbable polymer materials can be mainly divided into natural polymer materials(including chitosan,collagen,etc.)and artificial polymer materials(including polyethyleneglycolate,polyhydroxybutyrate,etc.).In this paper,we introduce the above materials and look forward to their future development.
