摘  要:人类T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白(TIM)-4参与调节T细胞增殖、活化,在免疫调控中发挥作用,参与多种免疫性疾病的发展。TIM-4与其多种配体相互作用参与机体的免疫调控,介导多种免疫相关性疾病的发生、发展。此外,TIM-4与其受体TIM-1结合发生相互作用,为T细胞的活化提供共刺激信号,参与调控T细胞的增殖活化。TIM-4在多种肿瘤中表达并参与肿瘤的发生发展进程,在肿瘤侵袭转移、免疫调节中起重要作用,并可能是肿瘤免疫反应的潜在共刺激分子,有望成为肿瘤新标志物和免疫治疗的新靶点。Human T cell immunoglobulin mucin(TIM)-4 is involved in the regulation of T cell proliferation and activation,plays a role in immune regulation,and is involved in the development of a variety of immune diseases.TIM-4 interacts with its various ligands and participates in immune regulation,mediating the occurrence and development of a variety of immune diseases.In addition,TIM-4 interacts with its receptor TIM-1 to provide co-stimulatory signals for the activation of T cells and participate in the regulation of T cell proliferation and activation.TIM-4 is expressed in a variety of tumors and plays an important role in tumor invasion,metastasis and immune regulation,and may be a potential costimulatory molecule of tumor immune response,which is expected to be a new tumor marker and a new target for immunotherapy.
