禁食疗法在肿瘤预防和治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：禁食疗法是一种饮食干预方式,具有减轻体重、防治肿瘤、调节免疫等作用。与正常细胞相比,肿瘤细胞生长迅速、代谢率高,禁食疗法可通过影响细胞代谢引发生长因子和代谢产物水平的广泛变化,进而影响细胞内信号通路,提高肿瘤放化疗的治疗效果。此外,禁食疗法能增加正常细胞对化疗药物的耐受性、促进正常组织再生,减少肿瘤治疗的不良反应。禁食疗法对肿瘤细胞的影响主要在分子水平发挥作用,因此,对禁食疗法在肿瘤治疗中分子机制的研究有助于提高肿瘤的临床疗效。Fasting therapy is a kind of dietary intervention,which can reduce weight,prevent and treat tumor,regulate immunity and so on.Compared with normal cells,tumor cells grow rapidly and have a high metabolic rate.Fasting therapy can affect cell metabolism,trigger a wide range of changes in the levels of growth factors and metabolites,and then affect intracellular signaling pathways,thus improve the therapeutic effect of tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.In addition,fasting therapy can increase the tolerance of normal cells to chemotherapeutic drugs,promote normal tissue regeneration,and reduce the side effects of tumor treatment.The effect of fasting therapy on tumor cells mainly plays a role at the molecular leveltherefore,the research on the molecular mechanism is helpful to improve the clinical therapeutic effect for tumors.
