摘　　要：目的探讨颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术联合康复训练对脑瘫患儿语言障碍的临床效果。方法将在本院接受治疗的68例脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。观察组行颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术及术后康复治疗,对照组单纯康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后的语言功能及有效率。结果两组治疗后,语言功能及有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈总动脉交感神经网剥脱术治疗脑瘫,能显著改善语言障碍,提高临床疗效。Objective To explorethe clinical effect of common carotid artery sympathetic nerve stripping combined with rehabilitation training on speech disorder of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 68 children with cerebral palsy who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.The observation group underwent common carotid artery sympatheticnetwork stripping combined with rehabilitation training,and the control group received only rehabilitation treatment.The language function and effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,there were statistically significant difference in the language function and effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Common carotid artery sympathetic networkstripping for the treatment of cerebral palsy can significantly improve language barriers and improve clinical efficacy.
