摘 要:用各省市等级教练员发展人数作为体育人力资源的代理变量,建立多元回归模型,并用Eviews 8.0进行实证分析,得出如下结论:东部地区对于体育人力资源有较强的吸引力;GDP或居民消费价格指数(CPI)较高的地区,等级教练员发展人数也会较多。因此,建议为了保证体育资源的公平配置,政府可以通过增加西部地区等级教练员的收入等措施,使得体育资源向西部倾斜,保持省际间体育人力资源的均等化。The number of coaches developed in each province and city is used as a proxy variable for sports human resources,a multiple regression model is established,and Eviews 8.0 is used for empirical analysis,and the conclusion is as follows:the eastern region has a strong attraction for sports human resources;GDP is relatively high areas,as well as areas with high regional consumer price index(CPI),will have more number of level coaches.The author suggests that in order to ensure the fair allocation of sports resources,the government can increase the income level of coaches in the western region to tilt sports resources to the west and maintain the equalization of sports human resources across provinces.
