摘  要:为了科学地评价某高校公共场所空气微生物污染状况,改善高校师生学习、生活和工作环境,提高卫生安全意识,预防空气传播疾病,采用平板沉降法对某高校校区内10栋教学楼的1楼教室及卫生间的细菌总数进行检测,依据大气微生物评价分级标准,对微生物污染状况进行分析和评估。结果表明研究区域的空气质量状况整体较好。(1)10栋教学楼1楼教室:C楼的空气微生物污染等级为污染级,A、B、D楼为轻微污染级,E、I楼为较清洁级,F、G、H、J楼为清洁级。(2)10栋教学楼1楼卫生间与教室空气微生物污染级别一致。高校教室与卫生间空气微生物的污染程度与人群密度、人员活动时间长短、通风状况等因素有关,建议通过定期消杀、通风除湿、分散人流、放置绿植等方法降低教室和卫生间空气微生物总数,改善空气卫生状况。In order to scientifically evaluate the microbial air pollution in public places of a university,improve the learning and living environment of teachers and students,raise the awareness of health and safety,and prevent airborne diseases,the plate settling method was used to detect the total number of bacteria in the classroom and bathroom on the first floor of the10 teaching buildings in the campus.The microbial contamination status was evaluated and analyzed according to the classification standards for atmospheric microbiological evaluation.The overall air quality of the researched area is good.(1)The air microbial pollution level of the classrooms on the first floor in Building C is pollution level,and the building A,B and D is light pollution level.Building E and I is relatively clean and the Building F,G,H and J is clean.(2)The pollution lever of air microbes between classroom and bathroom is consistent.The degree of microbial pollution in the air is related to the crowd density,the duration of personnel activities,ventilation and other factors.It is recommended to reduce the total number of air microorganisms in the classroom and toilet and improve the air sanitation through methods such as regularly disinfection,ventilation and dehumidification,dispersing the flow of people,placing green plants and other methods.
